Our Teletherapy/Virtual Visit services operate over a completely secure, HIPAA compliant online platform. Our videoconferencing software employs end to end 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption which ensures any sensitive information generated on the site is secured and compliant to HIPAA standards.
Secure Client Portal
Our secure portal enables our clients to login online and fill out all required forms: consent for treatment, disclosure of information, HIPAA privacy notices, insurance and demographic information forms and clinical questionnaires. You can securely communicate with us, view and pay your bills, and make appointments.
Your right to privacy is important to us
We utilize end-to-end encrypted, HIPAA-compliant, technology for all electronic health records (EHR), virtual visits, teletherapies, and client communications. We will protect your privacy by assigning a coded number to you and your family for use in our files. Unless required to do so by law, we do not disclose that you are coming to our offices or anything about your therapy to anyone without your prior written approval.
