Fees & Policies
Legal Consultations:
The rate for legal depositions, requested by either the client or client’s attorney, is $325.00 per hour. Preparation/Travel Time is billed at $325.00 per hour.
The rate for a requested court appearance, with or without counselor testimony, is $2500.00 per half day (4 hours).
All requested deposition and court appearance fees must be paid in full 30 days prior to the scheduled deposition or trial, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. The party requesting the deposition or court appearance is responsible for payment.
Case Management Activities:
$150 (per 60 min.) *Composes letters or reports (complied & reported) as requested
Notary Services: State of Washington notary fee schedule
Mobile Notary Services (travel fee applies)
Groups:
Fee varies depending on # of sessions and length.
(ask about specialized groups for men, new fathers, & multi-cultural/interracial families, transracial adoptions) and others.....
